I have used Airparks Cardiff for many years but this was the last time unless they get it sorted out.
On drop off we had to pull heavy cases from the car park to the terminal and at 70 years of age, that's a bad start to our holiday.
When we returned from Cyprus I rang for my car to be delivered to a pick up point which I understood to be outside the airport. This was not so as I was told in the car park in a absolute gale with heavy rain.
I eventually found my car with no help from the driver, they gave us £2 to get out the car park but it cost is £3.

I have used this service in the past and it was great, but now it has been automated.
On return from holiday myself and 25+ other customers had to wait over 30 mins before the bus arrived, on the bus some people had to lift their heavy suitcases shoulder height onto the racks. The automated key collection machine would not work correctly and there were 25+ tired and irate customers (EX-Customers) waiting for their keys. When it finally was my turn the machine would not dispense my key resulting in me having to find a member of staff who put a code in the machine so that I could get my keys.
It took over an hour from the bus stop to me actually leaving the car park. The staff were helpful, they are also fed up with the complaints this system is causing. So I and the other people there will DEFINITELY NOT be using AIRPARKS CARDIFF again.
