Car was parked by ourselves, keys handed in as it was supposed to be moved to a secure area. Returned, car still in same place, seat position completely changed, radio station moved to and all headrests in the car had been pulled upwards. They have never moved since we purchased our car. Did not take note of mileage, should have taken a picture with our phone.
Our only conclusion our jaguar was used as a pick up service by the operator of the car park so what we thought we had saved as a booking they used in fuel. We shall not be using the service again. It has been pointed out to us since that there were rumours of this happening on this site.

This was the first time I'd travelled from Bristol as I live in Birmingham but there were no flights from there. It was an easy airport to get to and the car park is less than 5 minutes from the airport. We arrived in the day and managed to park next to the bus stop so could wait in the car as the bus was not there.
When we got back the bus was waiting outside the airport and took us straight back to the car park. Next time I would try the meet and greet as the car could have done with a wash.
