I left my van with them and on return in the dark did a quick check of the van. The following morning when rechecking the vehicle I found that it was damaged all along the sill, a 4 foot long dent and scratch.
The customer service department will not enter into any correspondance and are saying that I should have checked the van before leaving. LET THIS BE A WARNING TO YOU, DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR PARK UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THEY HAVE NOT DAMAGED THE VEHICLE.
